One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday afternoon when we aren’t traveling is to spend a few hours in IKEA. I am sure that seems like torture to some of you (including my hubby), but it is very therapeutic for me. I love way that the store is set up. The winding isles ensure that you do not miss a thing as it appears to wind you aimlessly through a maze of furniture, appliances, decor and what-not. Oh and don’t forget the strategically placed and very affordable café.
When we lived in Florida we had an IKEA within 10 minutes of our house. I would routinely take the kids on a weekday morning (it was usually less crowded then) and let them walk the store with me, tiring their little legs out. Those were some of the best napping days. Now my boys love this store as much as I do.
In fact, they are very helpful when it comes to finding things that make our RV more like home without taking up too much space. So it was no surprise that my boys suggested that we record our recent trip to IKEA and share it on our YouTube page.
Take a look at our YouTube video click IKEA haul and let me know in the comment section if you have any great ideas for IKEA RV hacks.
